In this paper, the application method of date fusion system in conventional ammunition ballistic trajectory test was studied to solve the problems such as low coordination ability of equipments and unsharable of the obtained data during conventional ammunition exterior ballistic trajectory test. Based on the experience of the successful application of Geographic Information System (GIS) in proving ground, the date fusion system based on GIS was proved and the technical plan was provided.In this study, we carried out the method which can simulate of data sources with various data format and further can data fusion and application of above data source, based on data center station and exterior ballistic trajectory test equipments for the data source. Then the method for date input/output conversion and pretreatment were studied for the various data format and appilication collected from the tracking ballistic test equipment. We designed the hardware and software to guide the data source, developed the system based on Maplnfo GIS, and compiled a control software for data guiding center, thus make the data more visualization, easier to understand, operate and share, and improve comprehensive interpretation and evaluation of the results, to ensure the recording rate of the test data.
