With the rapid development of missile and spacecraft technology,there are more and more range experiments,which put forward higher requirements for the accuracy,real-time and reliability of trajectory calculation.The existing data processing technologies are still insufficient in dealing with the complementarity and redundancy of multi-source data,and fail to fully consider the impact of system uncertainty and multi-source data fusion on processing performance,thus limiting the efficiency of experimental data processing.In view of the above problems,this paper takes the data of the range as the object,and makes an in-depth study on the real-time fusion processing technology of the range data and the post data fusion processing technology.The main work is as follows:1)Based on the unscented Kalman filter algorithm of colored measurement noise,a two-layer improved algorithm is proposed and applied to multi-channel trajectory data fusion processing.For the colored noise system,based on the traditional unscented Kalman filter(UKF),the colored noise is white noised by the method of measurement information amplification.The weighted sampling points are used to represent the prior distribution,and the inner UKF is used to update the sampling points,and then the outer UKF is introduced to estimate the target state.Simulation results show that this method can effectively suppress the influence of colored noise on the system and obtain higher filtering accuracy.2)The post fusion process of exterior ballistic measurement data is studied and analyzed,and the processing algorithm of key nodes is given.Under the condition of multi-sensor target tracking,the relevant technology is used to preprocess the multi-sensor measurement data first,and then the target motion trajectory is obtained by geometric positioning and mathematical solution;the problem of complementary redundancy of multi equipment and multi group measurement data is considered,and the recursive least squares estimation intersection fusion algorithm is combined with the practical problem;according to the transfer of measurement error in the measurement equation The accuracy of trajectory measurement in statistical sense is derived by using the theory of error propagation.Finally,the correctness of the relevant data processing method is verified by using the missile flight data of a satellite measurement center.3)Combining the data fusion processing algorithm and computer technology,the missile trajectory data fusion processing software is developed.Taking the specific project requirements of a satellite measurement center as the background,the GUI application program is developed on the QT platform,and the python programming is used to realize the algorithms such as external measurement data preprocessing,trajectory information calculation.multi-source data intersection and fusion processing.The refined fusion data processing of the external measurement data of the shooting range is carried out,and a good user interface is constructed to intuitively display the data processing results and the missile flight trajectory Trace.
