Because of the housing in about100years use period, we need toconstantly consume large amounts of energy for heating, air conditioningand ventilation, hot water supply, lighting, cooking, household appliancesand so on. With the development of social productivity and livingstandards, building energy consumption increasing, how to reduce energyconsumption and reduce heat loss in buildings, has become the currentarchitectural design of a major technology policy.Most areas in Zhejiang subtropical monsoon climate, four distinctseasons throughout the year, summer and winter long, spring and autumnshort, forms a large range temperature changes. Such as Yiwu city in theaverage temperature17℃, the absolute maximum and minimumtemperature in the past50℃, and sometimes diurnal temperature rangeclose to20℃, the summer sunshine for a long time, and solar radiationintensity, the level of the roof is usually the outer surface of the airtemperature reaches60~80℃, the top-level indoor temperature lowerthan the indoor temperature to be higher than2~4℃. Therefore, improving the roof insulation properties, resistance to the summer toimprove the capacity of the outdoor thermal effect is particularlyimportant, it’s also an important measure to reduce air conditioningenergy consumption and improve indoor thermal environment.The papers devoted to roof structure energy-saving of civil buildingin Zhejiang central region. Aiming at geography, climate characteristicsin Zhejiang central region, based on Yiwu area as an example to discussthe appropriate energy-saving technology of the roof structure, which is acentral task of this paper. The key is the main form of building roofstructure, the effect of each structure’s energy-saving, focus and difficultyis to choose the suitable energy-saving roof structure in Zhejiang centralregion by the analysis and comparison of climate characteristics andgeographic environment in Zhejiang central region.
