Particularly in the automotive, shipbuilding, aerospace and other fields, due to the special nature of its application, the relevant software to process data with higher accuracy requirements.In this paper, three-dimensional reconstruction of the nozzle as an example, application the high precision three-dimensional of laser radar system for nozzle morphology scan, describes the measurement principle of laser radar, designed the basis of the measured point cloud data of nozzle specific methods and processes. Application CATIA software with surface reconstruction of the measured point cloud data, through the CATIA open platform about the nozzle problem of surface reconstruction of CATIA secondary development, application development program for secondary nozzle of the precision of three-dimensional reconstruction optimized. Finally, comparing the traditional and secondary development by the two methods under the surface reconstruction accuracy obtained in the practical application of CATIA-based method of secondary development for surface reconstruction of advantages and necessity. |
