Along with the emergency of increasing great exceeding high voltage and special highvoltage power grid,voltage is an important indicate of power guid quality,and it is an keyfactor on assuring safety working and economy working of great power grid, so power systemmust take all kinds of effective measures to keep voltage in permitting. Hierarchical voltagecontrol comes up with a great model for stability and reliable running of voltage in powersystem.The paper improves on optimize devise model of CSVC first by analyzing the propertiesof decentralized secondary voltage control and coordinated secondary voltage contro, andraises the project on combined CSVC with DSVC based on MAS. By making up somedeficiencies of the both, it can make the system control with separately and cooperately, and itcan also distribute reactive power in the whole power system with reason and quickly. So itnot only recuces economy running cost of the system, and also makes up some deficiencies ofCSVC in part. Thereby it can further enhance stabilities of voltage and precisions of control inthe system.The paper introduces concept, basic principles and its properties of artificial fish swarmalgorithm(AFSA), and points out deficiencies of the algorithm, such as, in the late of lookingoptimal prosess, its convergence speeding is reducing, looking optimal precision is notenough high, and calculated scale gets more complexities. In order to offset deficiencies ofthe algorithm in the looking optimal prosess, it improves its basic AFSA by adopting AFSAbased on separately and cooperately, parallel dealing AFSA and self-adjusting AFSA in turn.And through analysed, these methods after improving have in accord with design rules ofCSVC according to their properties, so it can have better control effects if AFSA afterimproving is applied to the secondary voltage control in power system.At last, the paper introduces the theories of multi-agent technology, and analyses theirown functions and properties between multi-agent system and artificial fish swarm algorithm,such as coordinated properties, paralleled properties and expanding properties. Thereby itattains a new artificial fish swarm intelligent algorithm based on multi-agent system(MAAFAS) in order to improve its control effect, and the paper uses the kind of algorithm tocoordinated secondary voltage control. The simulation results show the secondary voltagecontrol based on the algorithm have better global best properties and coordinate voltageeffectively than routine secondary voltage control. |
