Industrial Park Plant Factory Building Design Research

With the establishment of Shekou Industrial Zone initiated by the State Council since1979, and decades of development, our national industrial park has grown into the most dynamic and extraordinary growth point in economic development, and important base for transformation of high-tech products and cultivation of entrepreneurs of science and technology. Industry plays an important role in industrial zone, has a direct influence on its development and enlargement. Likewise, administration building area illustrates the main form of industrial park, is closely linked to overall environment, and worker’s production and life.We have stepped into information era, although administration building area has experienced tremendous change, administration building area was ignored by our national architects. What’s worse, due to the lack of theoretical research and professional literature, integrated environment was damaged. Thus, it is necessary to conduct a research on development direction of administration building area to guide the design and management itself.On the basis of collecting many documents and on-the-spot survey, this paper analyzed the development of foreign industrial park and industrial architecture, pointed out the characteristic of administration building area in our national industrial park. With the experience of designing administration building area during the period of my post graduation, this paper summaries the principle and method of designing administration building area, and proposed a development direction of future administration building area:we should focus on the integration of architecture, urban planning and landscape architecture, we should bring humanized design into administration building area, to create pleasant working environment. We should combine the high technology with architecture aesthetics, communicate with public and create culture environment to strengthen social function. We should protect ecological environment to ensure the sustainable design of administration building area. Administration building area of industrial park will develop with the age, so does the creation of its architecture, and it will be given more new contents in practice.
