This paper adopts the gas of air brake,which is used for the power of theejector’s working fluid, and uses ultrasonic mist,which is injected to the ejector’smixing up to evaporate, so as to realize the refrigeration cooling as the main purposeand provide a new practical cooling device for vehicle refrigeration air-conditioning.The ejector and direct evaporative cooling technology are researched by using ofhydrodynamics, aerodynamics, heat and mass transfer theories, and other relatedtheories, adopting the numerical simulation of Fluent software and experiment means.The structure of ejector, flow characteristics,and the major factors impact ofejector-humidification cooling performance are synthetically studied in this paper.This paper combines the principle of ejector with the technology of ultrasonicwater mist humidifying,and both of their mechanism are analyzed forejector-humidification to provide the theoretical basis. Providing the computationmodel and simulation methods of numerical simulation, through simplifying thephysical model of ejector and analyzing governing equations and boundaryconditions, internal fluid flow characteristics under different flux are received.Meanwhile, we can know that the ability of the ejector is very good when the air isinjected in the case of air leakage. Finally, the experiment that air passes the ejector isdone to test whether the ejector is good. The conclusion is given that the actualpressure of the throat is100900Pa is the same as the simulative pressure’s100920Pawhen the flux of air is18m3/h.Get through introducing and testing the design of the ejector, establishingejector-humidification cooling device, adopting effective measuring methods anddoing the experiment of it, the drop of temperature under different temperature isobtained. The analysis is given that the drop of temperature exists not only inhumidifying case, but also when the air passes the ejector. Then it realizes the efficientrefrigeration effect. Meanwhile, the paper, in the point of view of the refrigeratingcapacity, improves the ejector structure and comes up with operation mode combinedwith dehumidifying technology, which is explored by the experiment.This subject has developed the prototype system of ejector-humidificationcooling by doing its performance test and field experiment. It is proved that theprototype is feasible. In addition, this paper regards ejector as the main body structure,providing a new way for no packing type water mist humidifying. And that this paperregards ejector-humidification technology as mechanism, providing a set of effectivescheme and engineering practice experience for the industrialization of ejector-humidification cooling device by a great deal of experiments.
