It is a logical and process cycle, it is a customer-centric, aims toimprove the quality management, uses the date to describe the process or results, and usesof statistical thinking, quantitative analysis of the problem, to achieve the effect ofcontinuous improvement.Theory of DMAIC achieves the quality of business process improvement andoptimization by defining, measurement, analysis, improvement, control in five stages. Thisarticle studies for the process optimization in construction business. I first understand the general situation of the building industry through access to information, then I read the information of enterprise business that provided by the variousdepartments, understand the business case, at the same time attention to the important factorin the management process of the enterprise. In the process of project implementation, Iunderstand that the enterprise business process exist value-added link, this is also thebusiness staff concerns. This article improves the process through the DMAIC theory forsome defects, process optimization and embodies the practical applications of the theory ofDMAIC.This article also describes the application of the theory of the DMAIC through casepresentation, analysis the improvement and a number of problems of L enterprises afterthe DMAIC process, summed up that the construction enterprises need to pay attention to thepersonnel, time, cost and other issues and required to make appropriate responses in thebusiness process, through analyzing the safety, quality, cost, schedule that affect theconstruction business processes, optimize the time, cost and other aspects in Businessprocess. At the same time, this article highlights the remarkable effect of the processoptimization through a series of data analysis and contrast, thus provide examples show forDMAIC theory in the process in the optimization of application. The researches of thearticle help the construction companies reduce unnecessary part of the work, shorten theprocessing time in business processes, improve work efficiency, it also help to promoteinformation technology of the construction of enterprise.Possible contributions of the paper are mainly embodied as follows:(1) From theindustry perspective, the construction industry is one of pillar industries of national economy,its development will influence the national economic development. Construction quality,safety production, project has become the problem the construction enterprises must face, inorder to improve the safety and quality awareness, maintain project schedule, optimizationand reorganization of business processes, reduce the flow is necessary. Through the DMACItheory to optimization and recombination the construction business process can helpenterprises reduce unnecessary link, reduce the process cost, create value for theenterprise.(2) In research methods, establish the DMAIC theory model of constructionenterprise, based on the theory of five stages of a specific analysis, study of various stages ofmethods that can be used, display the specific business segment through the flow chart ofenterprises, at the same time to make the contrast that between the before improvement andafter improvement more clear.(3) From the quality, cost, safety, progress four respectscompose builds causality diagram that influence construction enterprise business,classification and its influencing factors.In the summary of the research based on DMAIC theory, in this paper, by applying thetheory of architectural construction enterprise business process optimization, embody theapplication of the theory in the construction industry, and obtained certain research results,there are still some limitations:(1)The DMAIC method is only focused on business processimprovement, On the quality of the product still has limitations of optimization.(2) Thispaper studied only by DMAIC theory in the construction of the application in the enterprise, application of small range, can consider to study this theory in industry application.(3) Thispaper studies process object to improve the few link, optimization of the process are also less,the research results have certain limitations, we need to increase the application of DMAICtheory strength and scope of application. |
