| Noise and vibration level of the vehicle is not only important index of comfortability of the vehicle,but also the important evaluation index of the manufacture and disign level.At the present, Noise of driveline is not the key source of the vehicle noise,but as the other noise source of the vehivle decrease,the proportion of driveline noise will be more and more.And as the world development and advancement of science and technology,customer give higher requirement to vehicle noise and vibration level,overhigh level of driveline noise and vibration will influence the evaluation of costomer to the vehicle.At present,research of driveline noise and vibration mostly is limited on bench test,as bench test can’t completely simulate a actual vehicle,and noise and vibration charactristics of a actual vehicle becomes more complicated,so noise and vibration of driveline research in a actual vehicle has more actual significance.In this paper will do the research and analysis for the problem in driveline noise and vibration of a passenger car in a actual vehicle model and get the solution.The main research of this paper is as following:The first is mode research.Doing the mode analysis of the main parts of driveline of a passenger car in ADINA,get the inherent frequency and vibration shape characteristics;Second is actual vehicle noise and vibration research of driveline,doing the noise and vibration research both in low middle speed and high speed at actual vehicle condition.At low middle speed condition,as to the problem of overhigh noise at some stated condition,collect the noise and vibration signal of driveline by using LMS signal collecting system,and analyse the signal by using LMS correlative analysis soft,get the based characteristics of the noise and vibration,and with the analysis of the contribution of gear manufacture and assemble precision,find the reason of the overhigh noise of driveline,and get solution.Of high speed condition,as to the abnormal noise and vibration at stated condition, collect the noise and vibration signal of driveline by using LMS signal collecting system,and analyse the signal by using LMS correlative analysis soft,and through the methods such as changing parts and changing design parameters to exclude the possible reason,find the reason of the abnormal noise,and get solution. |
