The effection of tall building caused by wind load occupy a large proportion ofthe total load effection, or even play a decisive role, so the action of static, dynamicresponse under wind load is often the main research content of high-rise structure.Basic wind pressure is the basic data that must have in structural wind resistancedesign, this paper discussed the basic characters of wind, described the relation ofwind speed and wind pressure, the mechanisms of wind on structure and effects ofwind resistance theory. At present, our country’s" Specification for concrete structuresof tall building (JGJ3-2002)" and" technical specification for steel structure of tallbuildings"(JGJ99-98) provides that comfort is measured by vertex acceleration.Elevator is an indispensable vertical transportation equipment of modernbuilding, bearing the transportation of a large number of people and logistics inhigh-rise buildings, its role in the construction industry is essential. In high-rise officebuildings, hotels and residential buildings, service establishments and productiondepartments such as hospitals, shopping centers, warehouses, workshops and so on,have a large number of passenger elevators, cargo elevators and other types ofelevators and escalators. The production situation of elevator and the quantity of usehas become a measure of a country’s modernization degree.This paper, combining the high-rise frame-core tube structure, according to ourspecifications and the basic principles of wind induced vibration analysis, using theexisting finite element analysis software SAP2000, analysis the wind load response ofthe structure.The focus of this paper is the elevator response under the wind load, the mainresearch contents are as follows:1:Compulate the structural lateral displacement and acceleration extremum offrame-core tube structure in basic wind pressure,0.45kN/m~2and1.5kN/m~2.2:The acceleration of floors is equivalent to the acceleration of elevator, therebycalculating the stress and displacement of the elevator guide rail.3: Evaluate the safety of elevator in the strong typhoon action.
