Researching On The Virtual Enterprise Based On The Design Of The Product Development Process

With the accelerated pace of economic globalization, diversification of consumer demand, intense competition in the market, information technology advances to promote a new business organization and operation of generation, a virtual enterprise.It is able to respond quickly to market opportunities through Internet technology will have a number of independent companies related resources build-up, and when to develop, design, production and sale of a variety of products or services to form a dynamic network strategic alliances.Traditional static product development process model has been unable to adapt to changing markets and technology, and the establishment of dynamic organic information based on the "virtual enterprise" of new product development process in the future will become the key to winning the competition.The study of my thesis carries out according to the kind of reasoning that is from integration of theory to practice and from abstraction to concrete practice.Firstly, Defining the concept of virtual enterprise in the study, anglicising the background, the basic characteristics and the mode of operation of virtual enterprises, and comparing with traditional enterprises from different way.Secondly, in the interpretation of the meaning of virtual enterprises and theoretical interpretation based on the analysis summarized the characteristics of its product development, principles and elements.Thirdly, based on the product development for the analysis of virtual enterprise, the study proposed the four strategies of the virtual enterprise product development process design:User module strategy, Multi-enterprise resource integration strategy, Modular product design strategy and Computer-aided design strategy.At last, taking the mobile phone industry in Shenzhen as a case study,the study analysis of the industry and product development process, and combined with theoretical studies to give its evaluation and recommendations.The study of information technology to build a dynamic organic-based virtual enterprise of new product development process models, and practical application for the enterprise from product development to provide some guidance suggested, to win in the competition.
