The packaging machine of the injectable powder is a kind of important equipment in the pharmaceutical industry. The product in our country can not reach the advanced level in packaging speed, accuracy and dose changes adaptability, and it is lack of market competitiveness because of the long cycle, the backward design of the new product developing. In view of this situation, the structure and collaborative working parameters of the measurement and filling machines which are the important parts of the packaging machine were designed by the advanced technology. It is more important and has the realistic significance.The physical property of the injectable powder was thorough analyzed. From the analysis results, the packaging speed and accuracy were greatly influenced by liquidity and the apparent density. Through study and comparison every kind of measurement and filling method, the metering screw and piezoelectric vibration filling were chosen as the operate mode of the machine. The injectable powder’s physical property influence in the packaging speed and accuracy were effectively overcome.The mathematical model of the precise measurement screw was build. The quickly parametric modeling modular was build with the SolidWorks API and VB. The parameters of precision metering screw, stirring blades and powder cup of the packaging head were detailed designed. The difficult of regulation measurement volume was improved. The servo motor and the metering screw were directly connected. The rapidity of the screw was precise controlled because the motor rotation was precise controlled, so as to ensure the measurement precision.Piezoelectric bimorph was used as the vibration drive, and the new piezoelectric vibration filling machine was designed. The mechanism of the injectable powder on the transportation plate was analyzed and the boundary condition of jumping was determined. The computational method of this vibration mode’s natural frequency was put forward. The structure parameters of the chute and the plate spring were reasonable designed, so the performance was improved.Through the analysis of the collaborative work theory of the measurement and filling device, the collaborative working parameters of the two devices in volume and time were determined. The cycle process of measurement and filling was shown by working cycle diagram. The virtual prototype of the measurement and filling devices were based on SolidWorks. The two devices were kinematics simulated by COSMOS Motion. The best working parameters of the devices were determined and the corresponding curves were output. When the system reached the maximum filling speed the vibration frequency was10Hz, the maximum rotation speed of the vibration feeder was7.95rad/s. In addition, the plate spring, was analyzed, the results verify the models were rational and feasible.
