The research object is all about the industrial relics in theprocess of local industrial structure transformation and economic development, and the goal isset to raise some new ideas, combining the tectonic theory and providing examples for theindustrial reservation practiceRecent years in china, as the time of city expansion and development, as well as theindustrial structure transformation and people’s significant attention in living environment,most of the original factories had gradually moved to the suburb area, remaining thenumerous amount industrial relics. Moreover, in people’s living experience, the economic andcultural value are gradually been recognized, and therefore it arouse the social concern.However, if not many, parts of the industrial reservation badly only focus on the commercialattraction and the so-called new and special ideas, which resulting the lost of architecturalhistory texture, cultural value and interesting spatial experience. The tectonic theory is allconcerning the reality and the real architectural world. In the tectonic vision, materials,structure and construction are the theme of architecture expression.
