Water Diversion from Gansu Province Datong River into Lanzhou Qinwangchuan region is a very necessary large-scale water conservancy project to solve the problem of water shortage around Qinwangchuan areas and meet the requirement of development of Lanzhou city. The Water in Datong River which flows through qinghai and gansu provinces junction of is transferred into Qinwangchuan region which is far away from60kilometers north of lanzhou city in this large-scale water conservancy project. This project is China’s largest irrigation engineering across the valley view.Aqueduct is the main water conveyance of the building in Water Diversion from Gansu Province Datong River into Lanzhou Qinwangchuan region, a total number of38aqueduct bridges. The aqueduct’s water depth, water flow, load, the models are highest in the world, and most of these are located in the earthquake happened at a high frequency.In the earthquake hapended on May12th in2008, the water engineering damage in Qingchuan is very serious.Aqueduct is the mainly water engineering in south-to-north water transfer project.When an earthquake happen, the whole line water is interruptted because of damaged aqueduct,therefore, aqueduct structures in the seismic performance has a direct influence on the whole project. It also has a direct influence on normal operation of engineering and the people’s life and property security. The analysis of the aqueduct water focused on on top, the influence of earthquake waves on top of the aqueduct is very important. Thereofroe, considering the impact of water aqueduct in under the action of earthquake research has become a hot topic, the aqueduct of large dynamic analysis and study the natural vibration modal under the role of the seismic wave and reaction is very necessary.This paper mainly discussed the following five aspects:(1) The research work introduces Water Diversion from Gansu Province Datong River into Lanzhou Qinwangchuan,the situation of zhuanglang aqueduct on weather situation, geology condition, soil condition and the seismic earthquake effect.(2) Compared with Westgaard method, the Housner method, the boundary element method、ALE method and displacement-pressure method,choosing the displacement-pressure method as the method for this article, establishing the fluid-structure coupling model of the aqueduct method.(3) Choosing ANSYS software, setting up a big span high piers of truss arch aqueduct with fluid-structure coupling dynamic analysis finite element model.(4) Choosing five working conditions, the calculation of zhuanglang river across the road in five aqueduct35under the condition of the top10modes and the water level of structure change aqueduct of the dynamic characteristics of the influence.(5) According to the finite element calculation results, choosing the key parts of the aqueduct for representativing, in wave under the action of transient dynamic analysis on the application of the key parts of the aqueduct is analyzed, for big span hollow pier truss arch aqueduct in seismic providing the reliable reference.
