Vibration is the common phenomenon on our daily life, such as earthquekemotion,blasting, spring oscillation, trains’ shaking and so on. With the economic development andthe improvement of living standard, it’s necessary to do research on vibration monitoring,for ensuring social production and people’s lives and property.This paper put forward the scheme developing three-axial vibration recording devicebased on MEMS technology. The designing structure is based on meeting the vibration dataacquisition, event trigger, especially vibration event data recording and playback. Thissystem chooses the acceleration sensor MMA7260Q, which can have sensitive and accurateperception of fall, tilt,vibration, swing in three axis in low gravity levels; Designing aregulating circuit to remove high frequency noise of the sensor output signal; SelectingC8051F020as the processor, with a built-in AD conversion module; SD card will beapplied in this system, to fullfill large capacity information storage of the portable vibrationrecording device; Choosing LCD16032display vibration acceleration peaks; ProvidingRS232communication with the computer.This system chooses the Keil uvison3as a software development environment todesign system data acquisition, event trigger, and data recording relevant procedures. Thispaper will also discuss the SD card reading and writing process.Based on preliminary experiment on development board, this system design its ownschematic diagram and PCB, and give explanation on the PCB.The function of this system includes vibration data collection, displaying, storing, andvibration event triggering, which is complete. At the same time, the powerful processorchip supports hardware expanding, and modular software structure will be beneficial tomore efficient software version later. So this system has its own researching and practicalvalue.
