Strategy To Explore The Villages In City Renovation And Planning Guidance In The Context Of Rapid Urbanization

The increasing urbanization rate is the context. The city is expanding and the new urban district is increasing. Urban revitalization has become an important part in the process of urban development."Villages in the city" is the key and difficult points of the urban renovation.The Villages is a unique phenomenon in the development of China’s urbanization process. Space Configuration Change, the mode of transform and means is researched by domestic scholars. Villages in the city did not be considered as a "community" currently. City should deal with the relationship of village in the city, floating population and urban development. After Urban Renewal, the results have not been evaluated and analyzed. In this paper, Shajing, Yuhuazhai, Easten-Bali village and conversion region (Li-jia village, Westen-Sanyao village) in Xi’an are surveyed and analyzed. Research data explains the way to solve the object via long-tie theory. The social function of Villages in the city is described objectively. The villages which are not included in the reform scope should have planning and design ideas before reform. Reform planning combination social security housing with floating population. Existing social problems have been determined in the reformed villages. By two kinds of "community", reform issues should be resolved in urban renewal.A positive social function of the existing villages should be saved. The strategies and planning guidance which is conducive to sustainable urban development should be formulated. Positive social functions of the existing villages should be saved in a certain period. It is as one of wide range of city. At the right time reform of Villages could be implemented.
