| With the number of car increasing,The energy crisis and environmental pollution problem become more and more serious,All countries in the world are seeking a kind of traffic tool which can take the place of traditional fuel automobile.the electric vehicles has advantages which are low noise and emission pollution when running,therefore,the electric vehicles gradually get extensive concern,and are regarded as the development direction of the future auto industry.Combination of the enterprise project,on basis of traditional car,the fuel car was converted into electric vehicle,the thesis choose drive system of the electric vehicle as research object.The drive system main components consist of motorã€battery and transmission, the thesis introduces several common motorã€batteries and transmission type, through the analysis and comparison, considering the characteristic of electric vehicle, we choose induction motor as drive motor, lithium ion battery as motive power producer, manual two speed transmission as variable speed gear.Based on the vehicle design theory,the power performance and driving range of the electric vehicle are treated as design index requirements, we design main components parameters of electric vehicle drive system.Motor parameters main consist of power ratingã€peak power and rotate speed, storage battery parameters main consist of capacity of cellã€voltage and battery number, transmission device parameters consist of gear ratio and final drives ratio,only these parameters matched rational, can vehicle performance meet.In order to prove rational of the parameters design, with the help of matlab we count power performance index, through ADVISOR simulation software we set up whole vehicle model and submodule simulation model,after that we performed simulation experiments on condition that CYC_ECE_EUDC driving cycle.On basis of automobile driving dynamics,we analyse maximum speedã€maximum gradeabilityã€acceleration time and driving range,through simulation result analysis,we know that the parameters of drive system main components we design is reasonable.For increasing whole vehicle performance, we can optimize drive system parameters.we choose motor power and battery number as optimization objective by using Autosize of ADVISOR,this optimization method reduce motor power and battery number, we performed simulation experiments on same drive cycle, with comparing results, we know that dynamic performance not only meet requirement, but also much closer to actual design index.Because motor power and battery number get optimized, the weight of vehicle get reduced,the driving range get creased.Therefore,the optimization method of this paper is feasible.This thesis provides a reasonable optimization method using optimizeing drive system for enterprise. |
