According to statistics, in all the traffic accident front collision reached about60%, and the overlap about40%is in high proportions of the front collision, so the offset collision is the focus of vehicles safe, but also the difficulty. How to improve the car’s offset safe is became an important subject. This paper summarized the specific work done as follows:The aim of this thesis is to research the accupants’injury biomechanics, impact regulations of offset impact and present some countermeasures to improv vehicle structure based on a great of literature concerned reading it researched and summarized the knowledge of passengers’head, neck, thorax and lower limbs injury biomechanics in offset impact, compared and analyzed the different offset impact regulations, Then, built the rail sled impact finite element model, studied the effect of rail under strain rate on different element size, different collision speed, and different materials model, next establishing the model of vehicle offset collisions by utilizing a certain domestic car model, and validated by comparing them with the requirements of rules and test data according to the experimental data, use Euro-NCAP evaluation standard evaluation about the car’s safety, Later use the method of parameter analyze to find out the effect of rail, sub-frame, bumper stiffness to intrude of steering wheel center, footplate, A pillar and the response of acceleration,according to parameter analyze to improve the structure, finally analyze the characteristics of deformation modes of the rail, optimize structure shape and size of the inducement slot,According to this research:element size is more finely, the effect of strain rate is more obvious, and with the increase of collision speed, the influence of strain rate is also large, and in the different materials, under the same collision speed, the strain rate distribution basically the same, explains the strain rate is mainly the influence of the stress. Base on the parameter analyze combine with components optimize can improve the structure effectively, and the steering center decreased to invading X8mm, foot pedals and decreased to invading X26mm, foot pedals Z and decreased to invading55.7mm, A column by24mm to invading X amount, the total absorption energy increased, peak acceleration decreased. Through parameter analysis combine components optimize can improve the structure security.
