Abstract:The block reverse brake has good forward and backward braking effects,and has a lot of advantages, such as simple structure and less failure rate. Therefore, itis widely used in lifting traction tools, including large cranes, belt transmissionmachines, and electric winches, as safety protection devices.Based on the current development of brake testing technology at home andabroad, and combined with the actual and practical demand for the factory, anautomatic comprehensive performance testing system for the reverse brake has beendesigned in this paper. The system could automatically test the reverse brake, storeand print the experimental data, and has the protective effects as limit protection,alarm, emergency stop, etc.First, test-bed for testing the hardware part of the design, Hardware designconsists of two units Hardware design consists of two units, Mainly the measuredobject to complete the installation, positioning, clamping; The electrical unit detectionsystem, Main function is to achieve the test data acquisition, display, processing,output, action control.Second, the preparation of PC test software, PC monitoring software throughthe design of improved detection capabilities, Detection system to test the efficiencyof project delivery, including forward, reverse braking distance, temperature testing.In addition, In order to better manage the data collected, Use Microsoft Accessdatabase management system design, it is simple, stable, reliable, to ensure thesystem of historical data query functions.Finally, the errors were analyzed and the system was calibrated for the testingbench.
