In recent years, as an aggregates of ecological tourism and ecological environmenteducation, urban wetland park is also a complex which has both the wetland landscape andprotective function of species and its habitat. It can not only help to mobilize social forces toparticipate in the wetland protection and sustainable utilization of wetland, but also giveenough play to multiple functional benefit. At the same time, it can improve the regionalecological situation, promote sustainable development of economic and social and realize theharmonious coexistence of human and nature.The paper makes empirical research on Dongying Moon Lake Urban Wetland Park withthe post occupancy evaluation (POE) theory and methods. Using the method of questionnaireinvestigation, interview, behavior observation and participant observation method to observed,recorded, discussion, analysis source constitution, gender, age, culture level, occupation,monthly disposable income, users living area and travel mode, and the use of the user, usingtime, frequency and so on. Combined with the semantic differential scale method,comprehensively understanding of the usage of Moon Lake City Wetland Park, and analyzesthe influence factors of using status. The park has good hydrophilicity, rich plantconfiguration and good climate environment and other aspects of the advantages. At the sametime, park faces the deficiencies in safety, public infrastructure and facilities without obstacleand so on. Aiming at the integration of humanistic ideas, perfect infrastructure, the spirit ofplace the management and etc., the solution strategies are put forward.
