Since the1980s, with the performance of Ru-Fe-B materials and the rapiddevelopment of electronics technology, the large-scale set of circuit and computingtechnologies, permanent magnet synchronous generator attaches great importance toscience and technology personals at home and abroad because of the small size, lightweight, power, volume rationed high efficiency. After decades of development, itsderivative products have been widely used in a variety of industrial and agriculturalproduction, weapons and equipment fields and so on. Extensive use of smallpermanent magnet generator can also be used as standby power equipment and formilitary weapons fields, low-power permanent magnet generator can be used inmilitary weapons and equipment fields. Therefore, to promote this high-performancesmall generator sets is very significance for the further study of this kind permanentmagnet generator. An intensive permanent magnet generator PWM rectifier controlmethod is also very important practical significance.This paper mainly focus on a research from an intensive permanent magnetgenerator PWM rectifier control technology, then analyzing and discussing thethree-phase PWM rectifier, space vector pluses width modulation strategy and thespeed sensor is based on back-EMF the synovial observation hair and relatedtechnologiesand verified by simulation of the correctness of the results of theoreticalstudies. To conduct a systematic experimental test platform and prove the feasibilityof this article control.Firstly, this paper analyzes the mathematical model of the permanent magnetmotor, which introduce the basic rules and operating characteristics of the fourquadrant PWM rectifier and describe the classification of the PWM rectifier, all ofthese determined by analyzing the PWM rectifier to select the voltage type PWMrectifier. Then analyze the voltage three-phase PWM rectifier and detailed analysis ofits operating principle. This paper gives the mathematical formula of the rectifier ACside and DC side voltage and current, the voltage three-phase PWM rectifier isanalyzed theoretically.Secondly, this paper lists the mathematical model of the voltage type PWMrectifier in different coordinate systems, a comparative analysis and space vectorcontrol strategy of PWM rectifier voltage control of permanent magnet generator off-grid system, the SVPWM modulation model which combined with speed sensingtheory and sliding mode observer of back-EMF method analysis of the system andcurrent feed-forward decoupling control, which attempt to optimize the permanentmagnet generator PWM rectifier from an intensive exchange in theorydynamicresponse performance and prove the stability of the DC bus voltage.Thirdly, in this paper determined the DC side capacitor parameters by calculatingand pressure resistance value, and then proposed an intensive low-power permanentmagnet synchronous generator rectifier system on the MATLAB/SIMULINKsimulation model, which specific describe on the coordinate transformation formulaand transform space vector control block diagram of the experimental simulationsystem simulation waveforms at rated conditions and at a given voltage conversionsystem simulation waveforms and verify the theoretical feasibility of the wholepackage. Finally, this paper design an intensive permanent magnet generator PWMrectifier system with system software and hardware and gives the driver circuit,sampling circuit, the hardware circuit current protection circuit design and softwarecontrol block diagram anti-electromotive force of sliding mode observer-basedsoftware control flow, and numerical analysis are described. To test the experimentalplatform and processing load in the rectifier no-load test, the experiment can be seenthe effect of the DC bus voltage regulator is excellent, and with response to prove thecontrol scheme a certain degree of feasibility in practical applications.
