| Different from the characteristic that the damage proportion for passengerscaused by cars is far greater than the pedestrians in the developed country, the damageproportion for pedestrians of our country occupies very large proportion. Owing to thehigh pedestrian casualty accident of our country, the relevant pedestrian study mustcome to certain height. Our country has already consulted GTR standard, issued andimplemented the recommendatory pedestrian and protected the regulation at present.This paper studies some pedestrians of style based on this recommendatory nationalstandard. The main research work of this text is as follows:1. Analysed of a minivan pedestrian protection. Including validation of head andleg impact test model and evaluation of pedestrian protection performance of theminivan based on regulatory requirements through test and simulation analysismethods.2. According to analysis of finite element and actual project experience, themodeling and structural optimization during concept design stage was made forpedestrian protection requirements.3. According to the optimization goal and the background of injuring value ofhead while improving and optimizes, carried on the robust optimization design basedon Kriging mode, thus had improved the sane and dependability to the designconstraint that the design object of the key fluctuates to the variable in the headoptimization design.4. Based on the actual engineering to mini passenger car and mini car head injurycharacteristics, through the MADYMO software studied the difference of pedestrianhead injuries in two different research manner i.e. pedestrian-vehicle collisionsimulation and system components test simulation, according to the simulation resultsthe difference and the cause analyses for the present stage component test evaluationmethod was showed and put forward the reference suggestions, so as to enhanceregulatory components impact test evaluation method in different models ofapplicability. |
