Incremental launching method is one of continuous beam’s construction methods. Increment launching’s structural characteristics and construction technology of concrete-continuous beam is researched and the force and deformation conditions in the process of increment launching is analysed according to the thesis, which sets the engineering background of Qinjing railway’s7-span continuous beam of Xiawuji canal extra-long bridge.The main research contents and achievements are as follows:1. The development condition of the technology and equipment of pushing system is summarized. The construction technical characteristics of pushing system are introduced. According to the need of construction of Xiawuji canal extra-long bridge, in this paper,design conception of pushing system that beams using line-external’s integral casting with one push is put forward.2. Calculation model of main structures such as pushing-stent, foundation and pushing system is established with the finite element program Midas.Theoretical analysis and calculation is obtained as well. Strength and stiffness of structure is rechecked and the result displays the pushing system has enough safty and stability.3. At last, the construction technique of pushing system which has been used in the Xiawuji canal extra-long bridge is introduced in detail. The design of pushing-slide way is improved according to actual situation of bridge’s construction which can provide valuable reference for beam’s construction in similar way in the future.
