| With the development of science, technology, communications and transport, the prestressed concrete girder bridge has been growing up rapidly in recent years with its unique predominance of handy construction, economical cost, reasonable internal force and riding comfort. At present, the prestressed concrete box grider bridge occupies the dominant place in the bridge whose spanranges from 40m to 150m. The longer span of continuous girder bridge is, the more diffcult construction is. It is an essential step and important measure to execute process control in long-span prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge construction, which can ensure not only the quality and safety in construction, but also the final state meeting the design requirement.Because of the complicated construction procedure of the long-span bridges, the bridges will be affected by many certain or uncertain parameters. There are two equally important contents structure line shape and structure stress in construction monitoring and controlling. They must be controlled all-round in order to making trouble-free construction and reaching the design point.On the basis of the construction control of the Songyuan Longhua Songhua River Especial Large-scale Bridge, this paper studies the construction monitoring technology and the construction controlling technology of the continuous bridge.Through the analysis of the construction parameters, the paper discusses the influence of structural inner force and displacement caused by the main construction parameters. The article raises monitoring content and method of the prestressed concrete continuous bridge, analytic model of this bridge is established. A lot of influencing factors such as identifying and adjusting of structure parameter, construction technology, construction monitoring method, temperature effect, concrete Young's modulus and shrinkage and creep effect are considered in construction monitoring and controlling. The construction control of this bridge is realized through construction monitoring, back coupling and forecasting and the preplanned target is reached at last.Combining the analysis of the MIDAS/CIVIL, introducing to the reason and the classification of the crack, by check to the calculation of the concrete structure, it meet the request, then give some prevent and cure for the crack. |
