Prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge belongs to statically indeterminate structure, the design and construction of relevance is very strong, many factors such as the construction method, material properties, casting process, temperature field, the template elevation are affected pier verticality and box beam alignment and stress, and the actual construction parameters and design parameters the ideal values exist objectively differences, so it is necessary for each construction stage for detailed analysis and experimental verification in the construction site, collecting the necessary data, the parameter identification, on the theoretical values were corrected calculation, finally the box girder template elevation, main pier verticality, and structure stress should be appropriate adjustment and control, to guide the construction practice, to ensure that the design of the construction process or after adjusting the construction process to achieve accurate, to meet the design requirements, and according to the beam which has been built in the construction segment index, forecast the future of the beam segment index, to avoid the construction error, shorten the construction period, save the investment. The construction control of prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge in construction process plays a very important role.In this paper, to aid Huotouwan Bay canal bridge as the background, First, prestressed concrete bridge construction monitoring is analyzed, pointed out that the key emphasis in work, and puts forward the reasonable construction scheme and procedure; Secondly, established the finite element simulation analysis of the spatial model about this bridge, simulation of actual loads, and for each construction stage is analyzed and calculated, then get the various components of the internal force and deformation value about each construction stage and after the bridge be constructed; Third, based on the measured data in the process of construction to judge and identify the parameters, by use of adaptive control system, the parameters of the model are modified, so that the computational model and the actual structure consistent; finally let the measured stress, deformation and alignment compared with the theory value and design value, analyze errors, to put forward reasonable suggestions for improvement to design and construction timely.The results show that the use of the finite element in this thesis for the Huotouwan bridge for structure analysis, the result is feasible, and can successful to solve the internal stress in key sections, verify that this bridge stress performance fully meet the requirements of specification, linear smooth appearance, to provide a meaningful reference for this type of bridge construction.
