The highway construction is a project that needs great money and cycle long. It is very important of national economy and modern national defense. It is necessary to research the view of scientific and being practical and realistic to make use of limited financing to promoted highway construction. The asphalt pavement in-place cold recycling technique is a new technique of form pavement structure. It include three steps:the first step is the processing of old asphalt pavement material including asphalt pavement and parts to of road base material crushing; the second step is add some new bone material or thin material to these material according to the characteristic of cold recycling structure. At the same time add some water and admixtures according the quantity of material. The last step is deal with all material to form pavement structure in environment condition. The paper is analyzed the advantage from the characteristic of the asphalt pavement in-place cold recycling technology. The reaction mechanism, the effect of different admixtures and the method of best dose are interviewed by in-door experiment. The Recycled materials gradation range, the concrete compressive strength is given out. At the same time quality inspect and valuate standard is summarized in this paper. At last, the economy character of the asphalt pavement in-place cold recycling technology given out in detail. The series of comparison and the data confirm that the asphalt pavement in-place cold recycling technology application of reliability. To sum up, the asphalt pavement in-place cold recycling technology will alleviate environment pollution and bring up unlimited economy and society benefit.
