The main contents of this paper is a renewable cold asphalt pavement design methods, the pilot and the use of emulsified asphalt foamed asphalt as a regeneration agent, the use of Gansu milling surface of the cold renewable materials testing and laboratory testing in accordance with the use of contrast in the emulsion asphalt, foamed asphalt as a renewable agents related to the nature of renewable materials and pavement performance.Emulsified asphalt for the adoption of geotechnical test to determine the optimum amount of fluid, and then determine the amount of fluid through the best design of the amount of emulsified asphalt, and split test to determine the optimum amount of emulsified asphalt, asphalt for the bubble to determine the best conditions, as well as foam effect and the determination of indicators, through the interior foam test to determine the amount of foam asphalt, related laboratory tests in order to reach a conclusion.
