Research For Household Medical Products Situational Experience Design

With the development of the society, medical products have broken through the traditional hospital environment. It began to enter the ordinary family. Modern technology make the medical products’basic function more and more perfect. But as a product which interaction directly with the user. People take more attention to the quality of medical services. These factors require the product design not only focus on the prove of the function, but also need to do more thinking about the emotion delivery and the using experience.The proposed of the situational experience design is a great breakthrough for the field of product design.It transformed the design points from "design for products" or "design for human system" to "design for the using process", this method begins from the research of the using practice,observes and analyzes the factors which impact the products use, then give an directly solve and optimal, the advantage of this method is that it not only really promoted the using quality, but also stressed the principle of "human oriented"。The whole subject contains four parts:Firstly, collecting and collating the literature about scenario analysis, user experience and humanized design at home and abroad, especially the information on the situational experience design which used in the field of household medical products, summed up the research status about the scenario analysis and the development of household medical products, this gives a theoretical basis to the situational experience design. Secondly, research the design elements、 principle and the methods of Household medical products, summed up the advantages and disadvantages of those methods,then point out the necessary of experience design. At the same time, we can establish the design methodology framework and application process for the situational experience design. At last, according to the study of the previous section, gives an example for the application of situational experience design, which can verify the applicability of the design method.In summery, this article is centered on the research of situational experience design methods and theories, combined with the theories of using experience and humanized design, then summed up the situational experience design which can used in the design of household medical products by the way of language and visual story describe. At last, we take this method used in a specific design example, in addition, find the inadequate and the point which need to change from that, thereby, we can improve the method.
