Foundation pit engineering is a complex, systematic and uncertain issue in geotechnicalengineering. In the process of pit excavation,there are mang safety and stability problems,The damage affects not only the buildings around them,but also the pipeline network. So ifwe can accurately forecast the deformation of foundation pit,it will be important and helpfulfor construction safety of pit engineering.This paper derives from the project of subway station in ZhengZhou conventioncenter.For the complexity and the the nonlinear relationship between deformation of thefoundation pit, On the basis of the data that get from the field observation,this paper is studiedin the deformation of foundation pit with numerical method and neural network.Based on the data obtained in the engineering geologic investigation, Horizontaldisplacement of wall is studied with the Midas/gts by desgin the parameter of soil mass,theymake up the training samples of BP network.According to the theory of the inverse analysis with ANN,design the basic structure ofANN, make the hidden nodes by testing, establish the model of BP, After having learnt thesample cases the problem model is tested by the classified samples.Tidy the data obtained from the field observation, The network models are trained byinputting specimen data.Then get the result from the Network Simulation. In order to test thereliability of the net,the restults are calculated,and compare the result.With the time-series forecasting of BP neural network and the data obtained from thefield observation, predict the short-term distortion analysis, and make the externalenvironment and internal environment analysisSo, it is testified by using BP model to predicate the displacements of foundation pits isfeasible and effective. Also, BP model could be used in practical engineering projects.This paper make the dynamic playback of the soil parameters,predict the deformation offoundation pit, The precise dynamic forecast can provide a reliable guarantee for the deepfoundation pit’s safety.
