| In order to meet the diversified customer demands on time, shorten the flow time ofmanufacturing products, improve the production efficiency and finally enhance the marketcompetition ability, hybrid production mode is increasingly utilized in industrial enterprisesrecently due to the flexibility implied in hybrid production lines. Actually, automobile industry,engine manufacturing, air conditioning manufacturing enterprises have already used the hybridproduction mode. Therefore, great realistic significance exists in deep research in hybridproduction planning and scheduling problem.In this paper, mixed-model assembly line balancing problem, hybrid flow shop schedulingproblem, multi-line Hybrid flow shop scheduling problem are studied. According to threedifferent hybrid production modes and its features, production planning and scheduling processis deeply discussed, combined with the statistical analysis and system modeling and simulationanalysis. The main works are as follows:(1) Mixed integer linear programming model is proposed for three different types ofproduction mode. The computational results show that optimal solutions or satisfied solutionscan be achieved in a short time by the proposed models.(2) Because the hybrid flow shop scheduling problem belongs to strong NP-hard problem, itis very difficult to solve such a large scale and complicated problem. In order to verify theperformance of the model, a statistical analysis is put forward to analyze the parameters andseveral parameters which influence the complexity of the model are found out. This work servesas research reference for the actual scheduling work.(3) A simulation model is built for the complex multi-line hybrid production based on thereal production data from an automobile manufacturing factory. The result verifies thecorrectness of the model. On this basis, the uncertain time which was utilized as the productiondata is used to validate the model, The results proves that great absorption ability is processed bythe model to deal with the uncertain factors.Paper studies mainly on the modeling and simulation of the hybrid flow shop manufacturingwhich is commonly used in many industries. The relevant statistical and simulation analysisprovides significant meaning for practical manufacturing. |
