Abstract/Summary:
In the development of the current society, with the development of economic modeof circulation, the market competition of the incandescent, product the high rate ofrenewal and to make the people with high technology content and high quality designand manufacture products also have more and more looking forward to, so theenterprise only low cost high efficiency of research and development of new products,to the fierce market competition. At present people from all walks of life widely appliedin production of transmission device--the design of the speed reducer gradually revealedsome shortcomings, such as design cost so much of their time, cost is larger,repeatability of operation more, etc. These limits the speed reducer structure andperformance of development, can not meet the new demands of enterprise production.This paper is mainly for the above problems appear, through to the common cylindricalgear reducer structure of comprehensive explanation, use of modern means such ascharacteristic modeling, parametric technology, etc, to reducer3D parametric designresearch. As different kinds of CAD software core technology of parametric technology,has been widely used in today’s society all walks of life in the design of the product, getsocial benefits is obvious.In this paper, the main research contents include the following aspects:(1) for the parametric design technology, the method of feature modeling,3Dassembly technology and Pro/Engineer automatic programming function of a thoroughstudy and summarized. According to the general requirements of speed reducer design,structural features and reducer each composition parts of the function requirement ondetailed analysis, it is concluded that the reducer and the main parameters of the parts,and the general parameters and the relationship between the parameters.(2) through the Pro/Engineer software established a helical wheel, spur gears, thegear axis, bearing, box, the case on the lower case, characteristics of the solid modelparameter, designers need to offer the related parameters, Pro/Engineer can be set upnew entity model.(3) through the Pro/Engineer software established reducer automated assemblyenvironment, as long as change reducer any parts or assembly parameters, Pro/Engineercan achieve all relevant parts, structure, assembling automatic change, the complexreducer structure and design to display image in front of the designer. Through the Pro/Engineer software established a simulation model of sports gear reducer, gearreducer to movement rules realistically and displayed, and can interference detection,can let designers found the problem as soon as possible.(4) through the three-dimensional entity models and2D drawings relationshipbetween technology, Pro/Engineer software can be easily through the reducer of thethree-dimensional entity model of the gear reducer to create two-dimensionalengineering graphics, greatly improving the mapping efficiency.Through the above content, cylindrical gear reducer design process, can greatlyimprove the design efficiency, shorten the development cycle, and improve the designquality, reduce the cost of design, and in many ways has high practical value, cansatisfy the modern enterprise of product design and technical development.
