The Modern City Residential Design Of Humanism In Discussion

The embodiment of human spirit in the urban residential construction is a hottopic issue in the architectural area. Increasingly concerning on human spirit in theresidential district is the mainstream trend of the architectural design. The core ofembodiment on human spirit in the urban residential construction is the care forhuman.The humane care in urban residential buildings has become the most importantcultural genes of the modern city architectural design.In this study,the main researchmethods are the use of literature, field surveys, induction deduction and case study ofthe actual analysis and so on. The paper studies and discourses the content of humanspirit;It also explores the reflection of human spirit in the urban residential buildingdesign as well as the architectural design humanism of urban residential district,whichshares great significance theoretically and practically on the development ofarchitectural design of urban residential district.The paper researches issues as following:1、 Analysis of the human spirit and characteristics of urban residentialcomposition:The concept of the human spirit and development；To establish apeople-oriented design concepts and ideas in the urban residential building design;Toconcern about human development;To pay attention to people’s spiritual life andemotional needs. In the urban residential building design, we refer to traditionalChinese culture,embody the meaning of our human spirit, inherite and carry forwardthe local architectural features and carry forward our national spirit.2、Composition and characteristics urban residential building: composition andcharacteristics of the human spirit in urban residential district.Urban residentialhuman spirit mainly reflectes in three areas,namely,"people-oriented","green" and"cultural heritage".Urban residential district should focus on the combination withhuman spirit in the building space, architectural form and construction groups.3、The relationship between human spirit and residential building:We make ananalysis of the inter-relationship between human spirit and the urban residentialdistrict building，we propose the overall design principles and methods of invoving human spirit and make case analysis combining with the urban residential buildingdesign works，expecting to serve as a initiating role for researchers and practitioners.
