Fuel treament equipment is a major equipment in a fuel-based gas turbine power plant, thecontrol system for fuel treament equipment can play a decisive role in the normal production.Difficult because of hardware updates, software free backup.The original is not high degree ofautomation control systems and so on, the fuel control system replacement is imperative.This subjects is based on the complete restructuring of Pearl Power Plant control systemfor fuel treament equipment.This paper investigates and analyzes the production process of oilprocessing equipment, structure, composition and production process.The subject of adetailed analysis of how the PLC control system design, including the hardware design andsoftware system design and debugging. The main principle is to establish a newtransformation system and peripheral devices match the original system. the system changesas small as possible, and can communicate with the existing cable.This paper analyzes the original control system I/O hardware system, according tosystem requirements and the characteristics of PLC hardware, application of proposed PLCMitsubishi PLC control system to replace the original ABB S200PLC control system,presented in detail new control system hardware type and configuration. In software design,the use of modular programming, program modules using multiple independent nestedprogram structure, so that the overall logic of the program clear and readable. State flowmethod using a subroutine of the main production process of the sub-module program,according to the system/equipment status points and on-screen buttons to control the outputdevices. Finally, the simulation programming software debugging software programs on thenew control system to adjust.
