Nowadays, Vibration and noise are the most important reference index for’passengers comfort in automobile design. And the performance of powertrainmounting system is the key factor to influence Vibration and noise in the vehicle.However, to improve the powertrain mounting system performance of vibrationisolation and vibration transfer between passengers, which is the majordevelopment direction.Chapter one, study and understand the powertrain mounting system designtheory: Powertrain isolation theory、engine vibration force、the powertrainmounting system model and powertrain mounting system energy decouplingtheory, are the basis of theoretical analysis for testing of powertrain mountingsystem.Chapter two, to set a model for powertain mounting system object,according to the basic parameters and powetrrain mounting system parametersto do decoupling analysis.Chapter three, with three different kinds of powertrain mounting productsfor testing, respectively from idling operation, rise/drop speed conditions andcruising condition etc. Through the testing of floor guide and steering wheelvibration、powertain mounting vibration and the amounts of isolation、 noisein the vehicle,studied the effect in different types of powertrain mount productsisolation and noise controlling, and provided a lot of test records for powertrainmounting system in the real car design optimization and research direction.
