| The cable-stayed bridge has become one of the bride type which has the fastest growingspeed and most competive in modern bridge engineering with its superior spanningcapabilities, reasonable stress system and the novel structure form. This paper research on thekey technologies during the construction process of single tower cable-stayed bridge,whichtake the Guangzhou bridge as the research background.Firstly,this paper explains the principles to make sure a reasonable bridge state,thensummarizes the principles and optimized methods of a variety of cable-stayed bridge into areasonable state of cable force,also employe the minimum bending energy method,the stressbalance balance method and the influence matrix method to determine the reasonable bridgecable force of Guangzhou bridge.Then,by using MIDAS Civil to built the model for the construction simulation ofGuangzhou Bridge, we get the internal force and deformation values of main componentsduring the construction process,which can guide the work of construction monitoring.We getthe measured data during construction of Guangzhou Bridge,by contrasteing the data ofmodle calculation and the measured data we can analyze the casue of the error and correct themodel.When it is constructed to the11th segment of the main beam, the windage appearbetween the measured cable forces and theoretical cable forces,it is the purpose for us toadjustment scheme to make the error between the measured cable force and theory of cableforce under3%.After consolidation of the full-bridgegirder,we optimize the second order ofAdjustment Cable and cable force adjustment about the tower internal forces and the mainbeam and cable stress.Finally,The cable tower anchorage zone segment model test has been done, due to localcable powerful force,prestressing tendon anchorage force,openings and other factors,thestress state of the region is very complex. The cable tower anchorage zone of cable-stayedbridge is the key and difficulty to design and construct,so it is necessary to do segment fullscale model test on the zone of cable tower anchorage. Through testing loss of large tonnageand small radius prestressing stress,we get coefficient u of the plastic corrugated pipe frictionand K value, then analysis the reason about the error between the measured elongation andelongation deviation theory about the large curvature U shape prestressed steel beam. |
