| It’s very important for the fighting capacity of the troops whether thearmored equipments could be repaired and fielded quickly and safely. All kindsof shipping machines and equipments are prone to generate and accumulateelectrostatics in the process of maintenance and transportation of th e armoredequipment. Along with the extensive application of polymer materials,exploding device and microelectronic technology in the military, electrostatichazards in armored equipment are becoming more and more serious. To analyzethe electrostatic sources and to formulate static protection have greatsignificance for ensuring the safety of armored equipment maintenance。This paper took the southwest armored equipment repair shop for researchobject. With the principle of reducing electrostatic generation, eliminating thegenerated electrostatic as soon as possible, minimizing electrostatic hazards andstrictly executing the electrostatic protection management, this paper assessedand analyzed the electrostatic hazards of the armored equipment repair shop.Then built the electrostatic discharge(ESD) models of armored equipment inthe shop, and assessed the extent of electrostatic hazards. At last, it proposedthe electrostatic protective measures and the corresponding protection designthat completely suit for the armored equipment repair shop.This paper deeply researched the ESD model and protection in the armoredequipment repair shop. The main work and achievements are as follows:1. This paper reviewed the history of electrostatic research, made acomprehensive description of the current research status of ESD and determinesthe research methods.2. Analyzed the mechanism of electrostatic generation, expounded the lawof electrostatic generation, ESD hazards in the armor repair shop.3.With the measurement and analysis of the electrostatic parameters in thatarmored equipment repair shop, this paper has a clear understanding of the pointof the electrostatic protection and assessed the electrostatic hazards.4. This paper built two ESD models of the armored equipment repair shopinnovatively, simulated and analyzed the two models by MATLAB.5. Designed the static security program with the general principles ofanti-static hazards, proposed a static safety management approach at last. |
