Our country construction standards and green building evaluation system do constantlyimprove, but the exterior window for building as the architecture of a product, its evaluationstandard and evaluation system is still insufficient lack even, this led a disorderly situation ofthe current domestic window Market, and it makes the standardization of window for buildingindustry development difficultly.In this paper the performance of exterior window for building is divided into threeparts.They’re quality and safety performance, environmental protection performance andenergy saving performance.This paper attempts to construct the evaluation system, compariesof several common evaluation method, and analyzes the performance of exterior window toestablish the system of evaluation index. Afterwards Test and verify the evaluation systemthrough the actual exterior window and further establish evaluation system.In order to facilitate the application of the evaluation system，carding and Analysis therelevant standards of quality and safety, environmental protection, energy saving in thecorresponding range of Evaluation System. In the current standard of windows we found that,The quality of the product safety performance is emphasized, and the standards of thewindow’s basic properties are integrity, such as the appearance and size, the mechanicalproperties, physical properties except the Weathering resistance performance.We also awaredthat the standers make light of the energy performance of the window,but it’s being concernedwith the policy which Advocating and promoting energy saving. Ignoring the environmentalperformance of products is another part what we found from the reaserch, it makes directeffect on the human working and living environment. But the standers about it are so lacking.At the same time, hoping to replace the previous test method that this paper present theconcept of full performance test for a whole exterior window which based on the research ofperformance and the evaluation system and the standard system of windows. Try to find outthe potential problems of the content and method for the testing of the exterior window.Consider the performance division and the evaluation of the exterior window, this paperfind and solve out the present problems at the point of the development and management.Theevaluation system provide an evaluation tool for building external windows product and itwill supply reference for the evaluation of other categories products.
