In this paper, the transverse deflection of bridge deck and bottom plate about XiqiaoFSBG bridge is researched under the action of permanent load, secondary loads and cabletension during completion bridge stage. And the characteristics influence is researched ondifferent FSBG form of the transverse deflection of bridge deck and bottom plate.Firstly, the application, historical background, development, relative merits andconstruction features of thin-wall FSBG is described. And thin-walled curved theory andfinite element theory are summarized.Secondly, establish the spatial beam element model of Xiqiao Bridge by MIDAS/CIVILto calculate the overall force. The main purpose is to get the internal forces and displacementsduring completion bridge stage.Three sections standard FSBG plate-shell unit is establishedby ANSYS. The transverse deflection of bridge deck and bottom plate of Xiqiao FSBG bridgeis calculated under the action of permanent load, secondary loads and cable tension duringconstruction. Finally, this paper research the transverse deflection of FSBG under the influence ofditail structure with ANSYS, which include the number and thickness of webs, the numberand thickness of diaphragms, the spacing and thickness of U ribs, thickness of the base andthe top plate. Each form will cause the weight change of the FSBG,so this paper takes thecorresponding boundary conditions of each form and of original model as linearlyproportional in order to achieve external force balance. Then the transverse deflection ofbridge deck and bottom plate about FSBG is obtained, and the main effect of that is found outby comparing with original model...
