Vibration and noise characteristics of truck directly affects comfort of operators and interferes dynamic and economic performance, which affects service life of components, so it is the key index which can take advantage in competition with the similar products in the market. Different trucks have different structure and work environment, so the vibration factors are different。Different from common transport vehicles’elastic damping suspension, forklift frame, axle and transmission are connected rigidly, which causes prominent noise and vibration problems of forklift. Although the manufacturers have taken various methods, such as put dampening pad between connecting face of components, however, the effect is not obvious because of wrong master of vibration reduction technology, some products even still the same effect with the situation without dampening pad damping, vibration and noise issue cannot be improved. Therefore, apply advanced analysis methods to research vibration dynamic characteristics, and then adopting correct vibration reduction measures is the root solution to solve the problem and avoid blindness.This topic is the core part of vibration and noise analysis and control operation of CLG2030H, The purpose of this research is to establish a set of system method of modeling complete truck and vibration analysis and control method based on finite element, improving ability to develop independently and product competitive ability.Key factor to analyze vibration of forklift trucks is to establish an effective accuracy finite element model. For this reason, this thesis fully analyzes domestic and international research achievement, and adopts the method which based on the finite element method of complete truck modeling analysis method; In order to ensure the model effectiveness and accuracy, the forklift is divided into several parts, according to the structure characteristics of the part, the units are divided by different grid. Doing careful analysis of modeling method of each parts, and calculates initially, then establish finite element model of complete truck.The research is done by changing the match parameters of engine and frame, doing modal analysis on frame system, to understand natural frequencies and intrinsic vibration of frame system; through modal analysis on the structure,understanding the vehicle structure vibration characteristics, and mastering the dynamic characteristics of the structure; through simulating effect of two reciprocating engine main driving source to complete truck model, doing vibration response calculation forecast to key position of whole truck, and doing vibration test to verify accuracy of vibration forecast, which has done a vibration test to the whole truck and gain an ideal effect.Base on the research results of finite element vibration, this topics research the forklift vibration reduction methods. Though repeat calculation and overall optimize, it put forwards a final vibration reduction design program, including frame and engine matching, steering wheel matching, lest and right transmission body matching. All of these improving programs have come into engineering implementation stage.
