| Night-view is an important part of landscape architecture, which it combined with technology and art, and the quality of landscape night-view affect the function and artistic directly. At the same time, the design of the landscape night-view will be magnificent to the image of the cities and plays an important role of the development of tourism and economic.Along with the development of landscape architecture and people’s attention of the landscape, the development and construction has also entered a brand-new period, however, the night-view of the cities started lately in our country. So people just focus on the brightness more the other things, thus caused many arctic and culture insufficient problem in landscape. As a result, this paper will give a clear view about how to design a landscape night-view with the artistic features and culture characteristics from the point of artistic design.First of all we should understand the meaning of the landscape night-view thoroughly, which means that art and technology of illumination should be united together. By that I mean, there are some concepts should be follow when design the landscape night-view. Moreover, this paper analyzes and sums up the concepts of how to design a beautiful landscape night-view of with the characteristics of art.The realization of art concepts should rely on the scientific theory and technology support. This paper also argues about the landscape night-view design and it also expounds the basic theory of light and illumination technology, which accompany with the Three-constitution theory. Specifically, it makes the abundant theoretical basis of the further research.It is a unique feature that artistic features occupy a crucial position in the design of landscape night-view. Illumination technology also can be used as the auxiliary of the art design, especially "light-culture" also make a strong scientific support. After understanding the artistic design theory, features and cultural background thoroughly, artistic features would be expressed by the color of light, the model of lamps, lighting arrangement and others carrier. Integrating with the theory of artistic design, light as a design elements which will bond with history and culture, will make the night-view of landscape with both sense of art and times.Combining with the landscape architecture, many details are analyzed.
