Study On Vertical Transportation Infrastructure Conifguration

Along with the development of the fast paced modern life，the high efficiency required by contemporary business activities and the multi-functional property management services, the modes and functions of vertical transport system was also changed constantly．The research on traffic configuration and dispatching optimization of elevator system inspires important theory significance and tremendous potential economic benefit.In this dissertation the evaluation of values about the quality criteria and expectations applied to elevator industry was studied on the performance of vertical transportation.The relationship between the numerous traffic parameters of the vertical transportation was investigated in operation cycle.Both lead to figure out the feasible method which could properly predict vertical transportation demand and resolve operation problems.Several main problems are introduced in this dissertation：1. Based on literature reviews, dynamic characteristic of vertical traffic are summeried, the performance criteria and expectations applied for elevator worldwidely and evaluate against research data.2. According to the research of the elevator operation cycle, summarize the algorithm for different conditions and find out the relationship between the vertical elevator productivity and variables applied for it.3. By summarizing the up to date vertical elevator configurations data and engineering case studied, the procedure of vertical traffic configuration was detailed description.4. For the special vertical traffic, escalators, the operation and configuration was introdueced and some suggestion was recommanded.
