Wind power is a renewable energy with large development potential. H vertical axis wind turbines widely applied due to its excellent aerodynamic performance. The main shaft system is an important part connecting wind turbines and gear box,which plays a critical role for the safe operation of wind turbines.As for complex loading,the safety and rationality of the main shaft system structure affects the performance of wind turbines directly. According to the theory of structural dynamics, finite element analysis, and combine with wind turbine design specification, the thesis combines a large H vertical axis wind turbine research and development, deeply analyzing the structure of the main shaft system of H vertical axis wind turbine.Which provide a scientific design basis for the main shaft of H vertical axis wind turbine.The main contents of the thesis are as follows:(1)The working principle and structure of the H vertical axis wind turbine is studied,clear the design requirements and structure characteristics of the main shaft system. and confirm the structure analysis of main shaft system.(2)Researching structure analysis of relevant theories and load distribution about main shaft system of H vertical axis wind turbine. Based on Hertz contact theory and the theory of elastic fluid lubrication,integrated radial stiffness of main shaft bearing under lubrication condition has carried on the theoretical calculation.Theoretically expounds the reasonable of main shaft bearing system structure analysis that ignore the oil film stiffness.Provide theory support for the accurate analysis of the main shaft system.At the same time,the influence of the structural strength and stiffness of main shaft system are studied under the limit condition.(3)The structure analysis of non-line finite element model is established combined with the development of main shaft system structure of H vertical axis wind turbine, And by using the large general finite element analysis software Ansys,the static strength and static stiffness of main shaft system is studied under the limit condition.(4)According to the theory of mechanical materials,flexibility in the radial load of main shaft system were calculated, numerical analysis software Ansys has carried on the analysis to the supporting span of main shaft system,in order to improve the dynamic characteristic of main shaft.
