Study On The Landscape Design Of Residential Area Based On Regional Characteristics

The relationship between regional Culture and the landscape is close,clear this relationship and strengthen the connection between them will help to solve the problem of weak links of regional characteristics and residential area landscape at this stage.The papers start from the natural conditions, history, culture and customs of Guanzhong region, combined with the geographical features of Dangjiacun to refine the regional landscape elements of the Guanzhong area, and study the application of the regional landscape elements in the landscape design of modern residential area.Get the following conclusions:(1)The geographical landscape characteristics of traditional residential area of both material and spiritual aspects.(2)The landscape design of residential district should be closely combined with the natural conditions of Guanzhong area, follow the principle of ecology to design and creation, build suit one’s measures to local conditions, creat the landscape of the residential area of the natural characteristics of Guanzhong area.(3)On the landscape design of residential area, making full use of local materials, drawing on traditional landscape structure, technology skills,can form local characteristic living environment space.(4)Application methods and procedures of the geographical and cultural elements in the Guanzhong area in the landscape design of the residential area are:collectting the material, refining the elements, formating the symbols, the application of symbols. Appropriate use of local cultural elements in the landscape design in the residential area, can enhance regional culture.
