| At present, the social demand for electricity is more and more big, the power quality and reliability requirements are also getting higher and higher. Substation locating and sizing as distribution network planning based on optimization problems, can not only effectively brings economic benefit, but also can improve power supply ability and the reliability of network in the future.The main works are as follows:(1) studying and compare substation locating and sizing methods, focuses on the research of improved particle swarm optimization algorithm;(2) in-depth analysis of substation locating and sizing problem, considering the economy and safety of both, the substation locating and sizing of the classical mathematical model;(3) in response to pressure the characteristics of distribution network, the improved particle swarm algorithm is introduced into the substation locating and sizing problems, selection of substation location as optimization particle, the final output of the global extreme points for substation optimal position, the use of MALTAB language to compile program;(4) the algorithm is applied to the old city of Hangzhou, the new substation planning, through calculation, to build a new substation capacity-load ratio and satisfy the constraint conditions such as voltage stability requirements, planning scheme is the reliable. |
