| Intermediate frequency power (IF power) in recent years is widely used in industrial production. As one of the major non-linear load in the grid, it’s power quality issues has caused widespread concern. With the increasingly stringent requirements of the power supply enterprise to factory and the groving awareness of getting interest from improving the quality of the quality of the IF power, the research of the technology and equipment for improving the power quality is growing to become a hot issue.This paper presents a detail analysis of IF power (shut and series type) quality improvement equipment. Study the generation principle of power quality problems in the IF power through the elavorate works of IF power, also research the compensation equipments and study the effects of these euqipments.First, analysis the basic structure of the IF power and rectifier circuit mathematical model to understand the principle of generated harmonics, and through simulation, to understand the distribution of its harmonic frequency among them,5and7harmonic are the most serious.Futhermore, analyse the inpact of the IF transformer power and the line shot-circuit capacity to the power quality. Analyse the working principle and the power factor of the two type intermediate frequency power. Study the reactive power compensation and harmonic filtering equipment for each intermaediate frequency power.Finaly, form the study of the equipment such as transformers, reactive power compensation devices, passive filters and active filters to reform them and use them in the right way. Detect the effect of the improving power factor and filtering out the harmonic.Using simulation analysis to prove the effect. |
