With the concept of environmental protection in people to be improved and the oil resource is becoming tense. So developing the new energy vehicles is the future trend of automotive, and most automotive companies have keep the focus on it. Recently from the national government to the automotive companies, they have had the faith on the new energy vehicles and put a lot of money for R&D and production. And now Hybrid vehicles and pure electric vehicles have been produced and have been on the market, and what’s more the research of the fuel cell electric vehicles have had many achievements. At present, the development of electric vehicles mostly is based on the existing gasoline car models, and through the structural transformation to develop. This could reduce the costs, and can also provide technical reference for the development of new models. Considering the changes of the modified vehicle parameters, these can affect the handling and comfort of the vehicle, and so making the matching of the vehicle performance and parameter is needed. This paper is mainly based on the KK series of micro-electric vehicles for the study, and use the Adams/view software to establish the vehicle model and analyze it.Firstly, make the research to the development of the micro-car and the advantages of micro-electric vehicles, and consider the actual situation of the vehicles in production, and put forward the project of making the new research of the vehicle smoothness to guide the production. According to the market position of the micro-electric vehicle with low-speed and using in the urban for short-distance, use the Matlab/Smiulink software to simulate the situation of the micro-electric vehicles on the road based on the eight degrees of freedom vehicle model theoretical analysis, and get its four wheels impact from the road and the four wheels of the road surface roughness degrees domain curve. While taking advantage of the Adams/view vehicle model and the test platform to simulate the actual situation of the vehicles traveling on the road for the four tires, add platform incentives for pavement roughness. Get the vehicle body vertical acceleration and the acceleration power spectrum curve after Fourier transform, and use them to analyze the vehicle vibration. As the main basis of the ride comfort evaluation, the acceleration root mean square value of the passenger is needed, and according to the axial acceleration curve of the passenger, make the Fourier transform to the acceleration curves, and based on the ISO2631-1:1997(E) 《valuation of human exposure to whole-body vibration-Part1:General requirements》 to calculate the root mean square value of the passenger to evaluate the comfort of the vehicle.Analyze the result of the simulation, and based on the result in order to get the better ride comfort performance make the optimization of the suspension system to the vehicle. Put the optimization results into the vehicle model to re-analyze, and compare the results with before. After the optimization the vertical vibration of the body has been improved, and also the vehicle comfort have been increased after the optimization significantly. The results of this paper can be used as the technical guidance of production, and achieve the design goals.
