Integrated Strategy Of Component In Overall-finished Housing In Dalian

Under the background of current housing industry in China, this dissertation puts forward the relevant research of theory, technology and strategy about integrated housing component on the basis of development of housing componentialization. First of all, on the basis of the integrated theory, lots of theoretical research was did on the integration of component, then the paper analyzed the present situation in China and abroad, pointed out the importance of the component integrated in the development of the housing industry, and the problems of the component integrated in China, at last sum up experience and gave some propose to solve the problem.On the other hand, combined the building mode of overall-finished house, and summarized the present situation and the problems of the component integrated in overall-finished housing in Dalian, the paper analyzed the project of Dayou Tianyuan, and proposed the integrated strategy of component in overall-finished Housing.At last, the paper generalized and summarized the problems of the component integrated in China, and gave some advice and ideas to make it better.
