The landform and stratum lithology is complex and changeful in Sichuan Province. With the development of high level road in mountain Areas in large scale, the mountain being cut, a large number of high and steep slope appeared frequently,which induce many geohazards such as landslide, collapse and so on. on the other hand,as the engineering technology improve, highway complex slope protection means have experienced a complex progress from the early single masonry Retaining wall to complex anti-slide pile、anchored pile,anchor frame beam and other diversified protections. It is the consensus of the engineering circles to sum up the experience of highway complex slope treatment, therefore Sichuan provincal highway complex slope management system is put forward, which is agreed with the geological situation of our province. the system mainly includes:complex slope Information management,the evaluation system of highway complex slope stability,the design system of highway complex slope treatment and the optimal selection system of highway.Firstly, through the collection、classification、sorting and research of highway slope data, meanwhile,the design of the System function analysis,requirement analysis,concept design and logic design,Sichuan provincial highway slope management system is developed and researched basis on Access as the database server and Visual Basic as a development language.Secondly, in accordance with the needs of users, the highway slope management system not only can meet the demand of slope engineering data increase,delete,modify,query,print and Output,but also promote the engineering data standardization of highway complex slope.Finally,through the research of the characteristic factors which influence highway complex slope stability, this paper introduces some uncertain method in the mathematical to transform the qualitative factors to quantitative factors according to a reasonable principles and on the basis of existing engineering practice for modeling calculation,then established a relati vely complete system of highway slope stability analysis.through the research of the treatment of the complex slope,this paper establish a set of highway slope treatment schemes for prediction and optimization of complex system which is fit forur province landform characteristics.
