The Microcomputer Interlock Simulation Training System Designed For Subway Station

With the rapid development of urban rail transport, training for qualified professionals becomes an urgent problem. To ease the pressure of the subway station for training the station attendant and train high quality professionals, we have developed a simulation training system used for station attendant. Through the ownership conversion among the traffic control systems, scheduling systems and environmental control systems, this system can achieve the control function for all the station operation.Combined with the technology of microcomputer-based interlocking and the characteristics of interlocking equipment used in Chengdu Metro Line, this thesis mainly introduced the design, development and implementation of microcomputer-based interlocking subsystem which is used in simulation training system used for station attendant. The microcomputer-based interlocking system is a signal control system used for guaranteeing the road safety and improving transport efficiency. Through the analysis to the system requirements, this system uses C/S model as the structural model, which is divided into three parts-user interface, business logic processing (interlock logic calculation) and the data layer (database-based data). The business logic processing layer uses functional modular design method to achieve various functions of the microcomputer interlocking system. Through the analysis to the various interlocking functions, the data layer is designed with two kinds of data structures which are static data and dynamic data. Finally this thesis completes the introduction to the command processing of the man-machine interface and the implement of the interlocking subsystem, mainly including:processing to the operation command of Instructors and students, the input, logic calculation and output module of interlocking subsystem.The simulation training system used for station attendant proposed in this thesis will help students experience the daily work responsibilities and work processes of the station attendant. This system can simulate the exceptional conditions like all kinds of emergencies, non-normal driving and so on, being able to cultivate the students’ability of dealing with random special situations.
