As countries announced the list of the second batch of "the real", the clay brick in our country is forcing out the ranks of building wall materials, and at the same time avoid burning blocks step on the stage of the building industry. the concrete binding aggregate grain form Block mainly. Now the aggregate particles species increases, many industrial waste, such as fly ash, coal gangue, etc, by a certain process it became raw materials of the block. To get the accord with the intensity of the building block, requirements is proposed for block molding machine and molding process parameters.This article mainly turn to from the block molding machine forming process to block the influence of vibration compaction degree aspects. the fundamental purpose is improve the compactness of block.By mechanics of granular media and contact mechanics,the forming process of vibration parameters are theoretically analyzed. It is simulated by PFC3D. Main contents are as follows:1. According to DEM theory knowledge, it analyzed the vibration compaction mechanism of block molding process in-depth. it analyzed the vibration wave in the propagation of the viscosity medium and vibration energy in the attenuation of the viscosity medium. the main parameters influenced block compactness is simulated.2. The forming compact process of the concrete brick in vibration is simulated based on three-dimensional discrete element method(3D-DEM) where the crude granular materials of the concrete brick are simplified into two spherical particle of different sizes. There are three zones affecting compactness in vibration including porous zone, compact zone,compact stable zone. The compactness’s variation of the different heights and the above three zone are analyzed when both the amplitude and the frequency are different by orthogonal experiment.3. it change vibration parameters in block molding process. under the same as frequency and when amplitude gradually decreasing vibration and amplitude first increased and then drop vibration, the relationship analyzed between the compactness of change. Under the condition of varying amplitude invariable, when the frequency of vibration change, it analyzes the compaction degree of change.
